I have known Danny personally for well over 15 years and have been excited to get to know Laurena over the past 3 years. Danny is one of the kindest, most dedicated, and gentle individuals I have known. We first met playing soccer and have remained and have remained connected as friends since that time. Danny interacts with many of our children and our friends’ children and he exhibits the same calm, unassuming, and caring approach to children as he does with his peers. I have seen him interact with my 5 children over the years and know that all my children enjoy and feel comfortable with Danny, and now Laurena.

Danny and Laurena have been considering adoption for several years. As three of my children were adopted, they have reached out to discuss our children’s journeys and our experiences. They are starting this process with a great understanding of adoption and parenting. Danny and Laurena are well-suited for each other, they share common goals, and are fully supportive of each other.

I look forward to the day that they become parents as I know they will care for and love any child unconditionally.

Danny and Laurena are caregivers. They regularly check on their families. This same energy, and more so, will be devoted to their family. Laurena and Danny are beautiful souls who will be wonderful parents. They have a close-knit support system which will be available at a moment’s notice.
